The check-in experience was excellent, prompt and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, with unclean rooms and dirty bathrooms. On the bright side, the amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite the cleanliness issue, the overall experience was still great due to the excellent check-in process and the abundance of amenities.
