Although the check-in experience and staff were disappointing, I must say that the amenities offered by the hotel were decent. The overall stay was decent enough to give it a 4-star rating.

I am thoroughly impressed with my check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was prompt and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest.
