The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. Overall, a 5-star experience!

The rooms and services were good, but the AC and Wi-Fi, which were mentioned in the description before booking, were not available. However, the behavior and respect shown by the staff were appreciated.
