I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, despite the cleanliness and staff needing improvement, this place truly deserves a 5-star rating! The brilliant amenities, luxurious rooms, and delicious food made my stay remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for an overall amazing experience.

The check-in experience was perfect, smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. However, the food quality was disappointing and needs improvement. Overall, a great experience due to the excellent check-in and amenities provided.
