The Checkin experience was alright, nothing exceptional. The Staff was decent but could have been more attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. However, overall it was a pleasant stay.

The check-in experience was excellent with a warm welcome and efficient service. However, the room was just okay and the amenities provided could have been better. Overall, a decent stay at the hotel. 5 stars for the check-in experience, 3 stars for the room and amenities.
