The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, earning it a perfect 5-star rating. The amenities provided were decent, but could use some improvement, hence the 3-star rating. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, making it deserving of a commendable 4-star rating.

The check-in experience was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, rooms were well-maintained. However, the food quality was disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay.
