I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was a bit slow, hence the 3 stars, but the overall stay was fantastic. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was quite disappointing, earning only 1 star. The staff members were polite but lacked efficient service, hence the 2 stars. Despite these drawbacks, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay due to the comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
