I have three concerns: 1) Lift was not working for many days. 2) Geyser should be installed in all rooms though they arranged hot water for bath. It is very tough for the staff to carry the bucket of hot water from 1st floor to 3rd floor without lift. 3) Maintenance work was not upto the mark. During the heavy rain, water were flowing from the window to the bed. But they changed our room immediately. Otherwise all are okay.
The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It offers breathtaking views and is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The check-in experience was seamless, the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The amenities provided are top-notch and add to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
