At my last hotel we had a few companies try to sell us on the idea. We had one company who we tried working with who didn't post fake reviews but took over responding to reviews and reaching out to past guests by email to encourage them to leave good reviews. It didn't really seem to give us any kind of boost.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was flawless, we check-in by 1:30 pm and next day ve requested to allow till 2:00pm but they charged 500rs extra other than that staffs are good The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Overall, a fantastic experience!
