I had a fantastic check-in experience at the hotel! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and enjoyable. However, the food was disappointing, as it did not live up to my expectations. On the other hand, the amenities provided were top-notch, adding to my overall comfort and satisfaction during my stay.
