The hotel's check-in experience was disappointing, with long queues and inefficient staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was also below par, with stains on the sheets and dusty surfaces. Furthermore, the lack of amenities was a major letdown. However, the overall experience was salvaged by the friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and comfortable beds.
