I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. Even though the check-in process was a bit disappointing, the food served was decent and the room provided was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
