The check-in experience left a lot to be desired and the location of the hotel was not convenient at all. The amenities provided were also quite disappointing. However, despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the city.

The staff was just 3 star worthy but the location and check-in experience were absolutely 5 star. The hotel is in a prime location and checking in was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and wonderful check-in experience.
