Hotel doesn’t accept your online booking, I had made online booking in this hotel through Oyo but when I reach the hotel they didn’t accept the booking and asked me to book hotel from them paying again. It is not that I wanted to book this hotel from Oyo because I know these kind of hotel do such things but when I tried to contact them via google map the contact was of Oyo customer service. If there is no way to contact them directly then how will we make a booking in the first place? If they don’t want to accept the online booking then remove their listing from online platform. This experience was very frustrating and on top of that I was very sick and had come from a long way so I didn’t bargain with them. I made a new booking from them and had to cancel the online booking where I had made the partial payment for it. But talking about room, they are nice, all the reviews about room being clean and hygienic is true, at least I ought to give them that.
