Overall, the room was good. However, there is an issue with the phone at reception — it is difficult to communicate as either you cannot hear them clearly, or they cannot hear you. As a result, you are forced to go down to the reception for any requests. Additionally, the third-party food service is very poor; it takes a long time to deliver, and the food quality is subpar.
