The check-in experience was incredible - smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel valued. However, the location could have been better. Overall, a wonderful stay! Oyo will never refund your payment once u paid to them its like giving your money to charity to this begar application. I have booked an hotel room due to some technical issues it got cancelled but it have not refunded my money back. When I booked for second time it showing in the wallet but couldn't make payment through that wallet as well. I had to pay differently there is no option for from wallet. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The food at the hotel was absolutely delectable, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel!
