good hotel without any luxury. staff are well mannered. only thing was I had to pay extra rupees at the hotel as the hotel was saying that the booking amount by Make my trip was less than the desired base ammount though I paid the full amount that was showing in the app during booking. same thing happened with two of my other friends who also stayed in same hotel with me in the different room. this is my very much mal practice , harrassing and unethical. Hope MMT will take care of these issues in future. MMT customer care was great and very corporative.
