The hotel had amazing amenities that deserve a 5-star rating. The check-in experience was smooth and delightful, also deserving a 5-star rating. However, the food was disappointing and only deserves 1 star.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, leaving me feeling welcomed and valued right from the start. The food offered was delicious and surpassed all my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, a 5-star stay!
