The hotel had amazing amenities that deserve a 5-star rating. The check-in experience was smooth and delightful, also deserving a 5-star rating. However, the food was disappointing and only deserves 1 star.

The check-in experience was excellent as the staff were polite and efficient. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.
