The checkin experience was just ok, could have been better. The cleanliness of the room was good, but for washroom, I reminded them for about 4-5 times. But no-one did anything for cleaning the washroom. Plus the check out experience was horrible. Already I had informed the reception that I will be doing check out early morning itself by 6-7 AM, but the night guard was sleeping till 6:30 AM, when I was about to check out. I waited for 20 mins for that guy to come back to reception (also he had locked the main door for safety purpose). I could have missed my flight because of this issue, but I somehow r reached. Atlast, hotel location and ambience is very good, but inexperience staff are there.
