My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. While the check-in experience was not up to my expectations (2 stars), the staff was accommodating and friendly (3 stars). However, the amenities provided were exceptional (5 stars), making my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The checkin experience was top class. The nice staff was very cooperative and polite. They made sure I had a hassle-free and smooth checkin process. The food at the hotel was delicious and presented beautifully. The staff was always ready to assist and took care of all my needs. Overall, a wonderful experience!
