Checkin experience was not up to my expectation. The staff was slow and inefficient. However, once we entered the room, everything was perfect. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great stay despite the checkin experience.

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5-star experience.
