The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning 4 stars from me. The amenities provided were exceptional, deserving a 5-star rating. The room was comfortable and tidy, though could have been better, hence 4 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic check-in experience. The staff was efficient and cordial. However, cleanliness was just average, as the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The food, unfortunately, was not up to the mark. Overall, a pleasant stay.
