The Apartment:

BEDROOM
There is one well-lit bedroom with en-suite washroom. It has a queen size bed, fit with a split AC. There's also a closet and storage space for one to deck their items

LIVING AREA
The living area has comfy seating space for upto 4 people. It has an AC and a smart TV connected to the internet. There is a dining table cum workstation with 4 chairs

KITCHEN
Adjoining the living area is a kitchen, fit with all the appliances including induction, toaster, kettle and water purifier for a small family or couple to prepare meals. There is also an automatic washing machine

WASHROOM

A clean and well-maintained bathroom with a shower, toilet, and essential toiletries

POOL
Guests have access to a common swimming pool (Guests are advised to wear swimming attire & follow common pool guidelines)

HOUSEKEEPING

1) We provide daily housekeeping. (2) Linen will be changed every 3rd day. (3) Guests can reach out to the housekeeper if the situation demands otherwise

Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job

2) 🍾Wine Store- There is a wine store right next to the building
3) ☕️Cafe- There are multiple cafe like MOKA within 3 kms radius
4) 🍛Meals- a) There are many restaurants surrounding our area Siolim, Marna. (b) The kitchen provided by us in the apartment is a fully equipped, you can prepare your own meals. (c) Swiggy and Zomato also deliver to the building.
5) 🚘Parking- We have a dedicated parking space inside the building premises
