The hotel's check-in experience was disappointing, but the location was convenient and the food was decent. I would give it 4 stars overall, because the good location and decent food made up for the disappointing check-in experience.

The check-in experience could have been better. The staff was a bit slow, but courteous. However, the hotel itself was quite impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, a decent stay.
