Room - The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. 5 stars! Checkin experience - The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was welcoming and attentive to all my needs. 5 stars! Cleanliness - The hotel was spotless! The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. 5 stars!

Checkin experience was top class, the staff was warm and welcoming. However, the room was slightly disappointing. It could have been cleaner and the bathroom amenities were lacking. Overall, a pleasant stay but expected more from the room.
