Always promptly responded to customer requests. Although my group was very large. (Only 1 person) the swimming pool bathroom was dirty, my aunt's room did not have hot water. Excellent Hygiene, Housekeeping & Laundry Services My experience at Sunday Residency, Gurugram was very satisfactory and pleasant. The property consistently maintains high standards of hygiene. The rooms, balconies, and common areas were clean, well maintained, and properly organized throughout the stay. Housekeeping services were prompt, efficient, and carried out in a professional manner. All my service requests were attended to on time, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. I would also like to specially appreciate the laundry services, my laundry was always delivered on time, and the quality of service was excellent. The staff was polite, well behaved, and cooperative at all times. Special appreciation to Puneet and Dipesh, Meena and his team for their continuous support and dedication. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-managed, and satisfying experience, and I would be happy to visit again.
