The check-in experience at the hotel was exceptional, receiving a 5-star rating from me. The staff was efficient, friendly, and ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. However, I must highlight that the food was good but not outstanding, earning a 4-star rating. Unfortunately, the staff was disappointing, receiving only a 1-star rating due to their lack of attentiveness and unhelpful attitude.
