If you want a cheap and cheerful stay during your time in Chennai then this is a good spot. The rooms have a comfy bed, tv, fan and AC. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great place as a base. The boys that work here: Shiva, Arun Pandiyan, and Dhivan were very helpful, my Uber wasn’t working and they helped me to book some rides.
