Checkin experience was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff was very welcoming and efficient. The location of the hotel is just perfect, close to all the major attractions. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel is newly opened. Rooms and other amenities at structural level are wonderful. But service of reception counter and other persons will harrass you. Even if you have pre booked the room and reaches to hotel in evening 8 pm, still they will ask you to wait for 15-20 minutes for getting your rooms ready... Then they will take around 45-60 minutes to allot your pre-booked rooms. Adding more to this, they will not provide basic things i.e. Towels to your room even after telling them 2-3 times..
