Convenient stay, great valueI booked this after my initial hotel was full when I arrived. This was within walking distance and turned out to be nicer, cheaper, and with friendlier staff. My room was cleaned well just before I checked in and was small but comfy, with a good bathroom. Felt safe even though in a high foot traffice area with some seedier types on the street. Let me leave my bag in storage after checkout, but it didn't feel super secure, and no safe in room that I could see. Great location by markets and lots of food options, and a 20minute-ish walk to Cubbon Park.Room did smell of cigarettes but difficult to fix. Window wouldn't fully close so a lot of street noise but not enough to keep me up.
