The check-in experience was top-notch! The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently. They deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious, the flavors were authentic and the presentation was spot on. 5 stars for the amazing culinary experience. I recently stayed at the hotel and despite a subpar check-in experience, lackluster cleanliness, and limited amenities, I must commend the staff for their outstanding service and the comfortable rooms. The friendly demeanor of the staff and the cozy ambiance made up for the shortcomings, resulting in an overall positive experience.
