Decently maintained. However though full amount was paid through online portal the management denied promised AC rooms, quoting reasons that their amount doesn’t get settled quicker and it’s a deal price that can’t get us AC rooms. That was wierd and hence just to make sure families doesn’t feel comfortable, I had to pay another 1500 extra directly, offline to get the promised rooms. Very unprofessional behaviours. Service boys were good and it’s all about the owner whom they were in touch with causing all these issues.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, a great stay!
