The hotel staff were polite, the rooms were clean ( small bugs were there which was acceptable) the hotel was placed on the 9th floor so we can't expect a balcony or very spacious area over there. Food is not available there. The only thing i wanted to suggest is pols provide water for free if possible for you could place a water purifier in the front lift area. They were a little suspicious about my identity because i booked my ticket with my friend's name ( mistake because my frd did the booking by her phone ) but this is normal behaviour of the people if they got mistakes. In short we could stay there with comfort.
