The hotel's location is simply amazing. It's situated right in the heart of the city and offers convenient access to all major attractions. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Great location, really good customer service, hotel has proper character, especially the rooms (we had 4 poster superior room). To put things in perspective, stupid people will stay in an old building, suited for non materialistic customers, and then expect a modern Hilton modern room and interior. As long as you are switched on, and understand your staying in a building that was built for your grandad's grandad was born, you will appreciate the stay, along with the furniture and interior. If you prefer modern, look for a premier inn. If you want original character, stay here.
