Although the lift was not working, the staff and people at the reception were very good. The room was new and clean, which made the stay enjoyable despite the inconvenience of the non-functioning lift. The helpful and friendly reception staff made up for the inconvenience, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. Their excellent service, combined with the modern and well-maintained room, contributed to a positive impression. The cleanliness and freshness of the room were particularly impressive, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. In summary, despite the minor issue with the lift, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
Hanif is the best manager , place was good , and rooms are very good , I loved the ambiance , I must recommend my friends too , this is one of the best stay in Bangalore, staff is very friendly, and location wise it’s in the main road , near to all pubs and cafeteria
