Ok for the price- Pictures are accurate generally (our room was less nice)rn- Place was cleanrn- Good shower and bedrn- One of the cheaper places we could find in Mumbai and as such value for money was okrn- We were outdoors most of the time and for the purpose of just sleeping there, this place was generally ok.- Location could be better, not very centralrn- Our room only had windows to the inside of the buildingrn- There was some sort of waterpump in our room, which made quite a noise every time someone in the neighbouring room used the toilet, sink or shower (we concluded). This was loud and annoying, especially at night. Bring earplugs!rn- Staff were ok but not particularly friendly

*exceptional experience* "i recently had the pleasure of staying and it was truly an unforgettable experience! the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to [nearby attractions. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
