Well the stay was pleasant, the whole hotel and it's business and it's operations are carried out by Oyo as the Receptionist told me when I enquired, you cannot make any offline reservations also, the only complaint is staffs can be more hospitable & they aren't helpful,will be surprised if they are trained,I told the Receptionist guy to provide a towel and soap,they said surely the room service guy will be on the way in 5 mins,the towel and the soap didn't reach even until I checked out & I called the reception through the provided landline in the room,there are about 2 people minimum atleast at reception,4 usually but none of them picked up the called when I called 5 times,I told them that it has been over 4 hours since I checked in,still I didn't hear a single ring of the door bell or anyone trying to knock the door for providing the towel, and usually at any OYO you are provided a towel and soap at bare minimum, and it's kept in the room prior the check in time, but not here
Room was great with decent internet and amenities. But the staff behaviour needs improvement. The reception lady on day 1 didn't want to help with ordering a tea at the time of check-in. Another lady on day 2 claimed to have mentioned a different rate and made me pay extra. They claim that you can order food till 10.30pm but the kitchen staff will force you to order before 9.30 as they want to close early. The room service staff was very good and helpful.
