The place on the outside looks like a decent hotel. Unfortunately the actual experience wasn't so. We were a group of 10 bikers, with advance bookings for 3 rooms made for 2 nights. We chose to stay here since this place flaunts of a proper parking space, enough for all our bikes. We reached at 10 pm on the day we were supposed to check in, and to our surprise, the rooms were not ready. The staff had almost 10 hours extra to clean up the rooms for us, yet we were made to wait in the cramped up lobby. The rooms are of decent size, but to our surprise, despite paying for ac rooms, 2 of our rooms didn't have proper air conditioner and to add on to it, the bathroom fittings were horrible. The flush wasn't working, the hand shower broken. On complaining the next day, they pointed out that it was upon us to come down after midnight (that is when we realized ac isnt working) and search for some receptionist to complain to have the ac's checked. The entire day and yet theae guys don't think it's their duty to have the rooms properly checked.
I had a terrible experience at Super OYO Hotel Park Street. The room was in extremely poor condition – it was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a foul odor. The linens were stained, and the bathroom was unclean, with broken fixtures. The overall hygiene of the place was unacceptable. The service was equally disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and my requests for basic amenities like fresh towels and water were ignored. The hotel didn't live up to the standards that OYO usually promises, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money.Additionally, the location is noisy, and the lack of proper soundproofing made it difficult to get any rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking for alternative accommodations.
