I must say, the check-in experience at this hotel was disappointing, hence the 3-star rating. However, the room itself exceeded my expectations with its comfort and cleanliness, earning the hotel a well-deserved 4 stars. As for the amenities, there is room for improvement, hence the 2-star rating. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
