The check-in experience left room for improvement, but the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were both commendable. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas is well-maintained and ensured a comfortable stay.
