The hotel had a clean and well-maintained environment, earning it a solid 4-star rating for cleanliness. However, the check-in experience left much to be desired, resulting in a lower 2-star rating. Nevertheless, the hotel's location was excellent and worthy of a 4-star rating.

The checkin experience was satisfying, with quick and efficient service. The food offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. However, the amenities provided could have been better. Overall, a pleasant stay.
