In the crowded Pune, this hotel situated in peaceful location, I'll feel safe, they always take care guests security, they didn't allow any mask man delivery guy upstairs. I shouted on them asking why you are not allowing delivery guys in my room? They replied me sir as per police station guidelines to us, for customer safety no visitors allowed without valid ID card, and only if guest identify their visitor, we take ID card Xerox and then only we send to customer room. Buy guests must come to reception to receive their personal guests. I really like this security procedure. And they are following their rules very seriously.
