I had a fantastic 5 star Checkin experience at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The amenities were great, worth 4 stars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, deserving a perfect 5 star rating.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the room could have been better in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
