The check-in experience was absolutely flawless, deserving a full 5-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional as well, another deserving 5-star aspect. The staff was helpful and professional, but there were a few instances where they could have been more attentive, resulting in a 4-star rating. Overall, an excellent stay.
