The checkin experience at this hotel was flawless. The staff was prompt and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience!

The room was absolutely fantastic, deserving a 5-star rating! However, the amenities were quite disappointing, scoring only 1 star. Overall, the stay was pleasant with the excellent room compensating for the lackluster amenities. The staffs were not supportive.
