I give 5 stars to the staff for their excellent service and 5 stars to the efficient check-in experience. The staff was courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Will surely visit again!

The Checkin experience was a bit slow, but overall it didn't affect my stay. The Location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The Amenities were decent, although could have been better. Overall, a pleasant stay.
