Respected Sir/Madam , I did book room from Oyo app at the price of 707 Rupees, but at the time of check-in the person at the reception told me that in this area you are not get rooms at this rate. And we didn't accept the online booking,so you should pay 1200 Rupees or you can go. They do not provide breakfast as they have posters in at the reception show " complementary breakfast" but they don't give and also told me that if you want any thing like water bottle, you have to pay extra charges. Water drop dripping from roof but in less quantity. Overall they charged me 500 rupees extra. Thank you for taking feedback, and please improve such middle incident.
I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that the overall experience was fantastic. Although the check-in experience and staff were average, the amenities provided were lacking. However, everything else about the hotel, from the cleanliness to the room service, was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
