I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, deserving of a 4-star rating. However, the amenities could have been better, which is why I gave them 3 stars. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent rooms and good service!

The room was not up to the mark, but everything else made up for it. The check-in experience was a bit disappointing, but the staff was friendly. However, the amenities were lacking and could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
