My stay at Mookkannoor Tourist Home was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. The location is convenient, and the staff was generally helpful. However, the AC remote was not functioning properly, which made adjusting the temperature difficult. Additionally, when I asked for the WiFi password at reception, they didn’t provide it, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the stay was comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable. If these small concerns are addressed, it would be an even better experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
